Noura Khlaifi, Administrative and Financial Assistant, Sub-Regional Representation for North Africa
On 10 October 2022 Mrs. Noura Khlaifi joined the WOAH Sub-Regional Representation for North Africa appointed in Tunis, Tunisia, as a Administrative and Financial Assistant. Noura is in charge of a wide range of financial and administrative procedures of the Representation.
Her role is to ensure the timeliness, efficiency and transparent use of financial and administrative resources, to deliver services in compliance with the Organisation’s financial rules, regulations, policies and procedures, and to promote a client-oriented approach, in coordination with the WOAH Headquarters, with the aim of exchanging information and ensure a consistent service delivery.
A Tunisian national, Noura graduated with honours in Documentation at the High School of Documentation of Tunis. Moreover, she has just started a professional Master’s degree in Project Management. Before joining WOAH, Noura worked for many international organisations and attended various professional trainings. She takes over from the late Ines Guitouni, previous Administrative and Financial Assistant, who passed away unexpectedly in late 2020.
