How to nominate a new Delegate / National Focal Point

In order for Delegates to be officially nominated, the following documents should be sent to WOAH by registered mail / courrier or e-mail:

• WOAH New Delegate form, filled with the delegate’s contact details and signed by the Minister of Agriculture (or similar designation) in charge of the Veterinary Authority.
• Official letter of designation signed by the Minister of Agriculture (or similar designation) in charge of the Veterinary Authority.

For faster processing of the nomination, both documents should be scanned and e-mailed to WOAH headquarters ([email protected]), copying the Africa Regional Representative ([email protected]).

In order for a new Focal Point to be officially nominated, the following document duly filled and signed by the delegate should be scanned and emailed to WOAH  headquarters ([email protected]), copying the Africa Regional Representative ([email protected]).

• OIE New Focal Point Form, signed by the Delegate.
