The Sub-Regional Representation for Eastern Africa of the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH), based in Nairobi, Kenya, invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the:

Supply, installation, and maintenance of a networked multifunction printer (MFP).

Scope of Services

The assignment includes:

• Supply and delivery of the equipment
• Installation and network configuration
• User training
• Warranty and after-sales support
• Optional maintenance and leasing services

Key Requirements

• Colour multifunction printer (print/scan/copy)
• Minimum speed: 25 pages per minute (A4)
• Duplex printing and scanning
• Network-enabled (LAN/WLAN)
• Internal storage (≥ 200 GB HDD)
• High-resolution output and OCR capability
