The overall aim of this training is to encourage adoption of effective abattoir surveillance procedures as the tool of choice for CBPP surveillance both in endemic and free countries and improve member countries capacities on slaughterhouse surveillance using harmonized procedures for inspection and reporting of CBPP. The training will combine lectures and exercises with abattoir inspections (in Kiserian and Dagoretti).
